Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders ($35 and up).

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at cocoh333@yahoo.com within 30 days of the order date so we can investigate.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video of the item and we'll make it right.
